Trekking with Integrity & Safety
Based in Pulna village, the base camp of Valley of Flowers, Peak Yatra was founded by local guides to bridge the gap between premium service and native operations.
Devoted to the Uttarakhand Wilderness
For over a decade, our local founders have guided solo travelers, groups, and photography teams across high-altitude paths like Har Ki Dun, Brahmatal, Roopkund, and Kedarkantha.
We don't believe in crowded camping grounds or mass commercial packages. We focus on cap sizes (12 per group), organic food preparation, and high-end sleeping bags that withstand sub-zero temperatures.
Core Operations Values
What sets our guided expeditions apart.
Safety Standard Certification
All expedition coordinators hold certificates from premier training institutes (NIM, HMI) and keep medical kits, oxygen cylinders, and stretchers at base camps.
Local Native Guides
We hire native guides belonging to the Bhyundar, Sankri, and Lohajung valleys. They know every water stream and weather shift.
Eco Trail Cleanups
We run a strict 'Leave No Trace' policy. Our guides carry trash disposal bags during every trek to clean tourist rubbish off the slopes.
Local Village Support
We reinvest part of our booking revenues in homestays, mule support, and rural guides. Empowering local economies keeps the Himalayas sustainable.
