Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Timelines

Cancellations are calculated based on the day we receive email requests at Valleyofflower01@gmail.com:

• 15+ days prior: Free cancellation. 100% refund.
• 7 to 14 days prior: 50% refund.
• Under 7 days: No refund. Vouchers may be issued at our discretion.

2. Weather Cancellation Vouchers

Himalayan trails can face landslides, heavy snow blocks or forest department bans. In such cases, if Peak Yatra cancels the trek prior to start, we issue 100% trail credit vouchers redeemable for any future trek within 1 year.

3. Abandonment During Ascent

If a trekker has to descend mid-way due to altitude sickness (AMS), physical exhaustion, or personal choice, no refunds or vouchers can be requested, as lodging, food, and guide permits are paid out upfront.
