1. Booking & Payments
By sending a booking request, you authorize our coordinator to reach out on WhatsApp/Email. A booking is confirmed only when the operation fee is settled and permits are processed.
2. Fitness Declarations
Trekking above 3,000 meters requires physical fitness. You declare that you do not suffer from respiratory issues, acute heart ailments, or severe asthma that would impair your ascent. All trekkers must undergo acclimatization drills.
3. Safety Guidelines
The trail leader reserves final authority. If weather warnings or AMS signs indicate hazard, our guides can terminate or reroute the trek. Safety of the group is prioritized.
4. Evacuation Liabilities
Peak Yatra provides emergency stretchers, oxygen, and support to Govindghat / Sankri base camps. Private vehicle ambulance charges or hospital fees are the hiker's responsibility.
